Vidyagame classes

[Sheexy]

So if you were in a videogame as yourself, what class would you be?

I'd be like, somewhere in the lines of Thief/Rogue/Ninja.
Dexterous, lotsa fun skills, maybe a few little spells here and there.

I'd wanna use daggers, swords, kusari-gama, etc, and like just for fun a giant hammer.
Probably either be hit and run or dodge around and hit like.

I'd look a lot like my Sheexy character XD
Ninja style cap with a sand guard around the back of the head and neck. Wear a face mask thingy usually. Have leather armor consisting of bracers, greaves, shoulder pad thingies, cuirass. Carry around a belt with all sorts of pouches with goodies to throw at people.
The rest would be basic black Ninja suit under that.
Would keep neat little things pinned to it, it'd be totally a bad idea, but whatever looks cool XD


If I wasn't like Sheexy I'd wanna be kind of like a weird Rogue that carried around lots of masks and could use them to mimic people. To himself he'd just look like he was wearing a mask, but to others he'd appear as whatever the mask represented.
Wear kind of fancy robe/tunic like thing and would rely on close combat stuff instead of weapons really. Gotta carry lots of neat masks. Suit still kinda like Sheexy's though.

There was one time when I mixed Sheexy with that idea, but I got lazy and didn't follow through.

I dunno, maybe I'll think up more to say later, what would you guys wanna be?

I'd be a magician or a priestess. Anything with magic, I guess.

I'd want a unique outfit instead of the boring ROBE AND STAFF kind of thing. Something that doesn't look too heavy but nothing very skimpy.

I'd probably be somewhere along the lines of a Monk or a Ranger.

Monk, mostly because of my interest in weapons from the orient (namely from china), as well as my training in kung-fu.

Ranger, mostly because I love to explore unknown territory and Im usually the first one to know where to go.

In all MMORPGS that I've played I have always been Mage-class (good or evil ones) or Priest/Healer-class. I never been into much Swords and near combat.
I keep my distances

And in the appearance part, as long as it is cute I like it. Scary stuff/ugly/bloody makes no fun. My characters must always be cute!

Probably some type of Magic Swordsman. I like being adaptable to any situation whether it be physical or magical. I'm fine being a "jack of all trades and master of none."

I would be a swordsman, with semi-heavy armor. I dont like the heavy armors but I like swords.

I wanna be either an Archer who can also do some simple touch-Healing, or a Sorceress with a nice looking robe. No staffs though, just hand gestures.

Definetly a Rogue/Thief/Assassin as well.

But also i could be A Bard/thief. Enchanting people through songs, acting, dancing... and stealing from them...

I'd probably be a swordsman. I'd like hacking and slashing my way through enemies.

Paladin. Physical strength with magic support. What could go wrong?

I'd go with a Ninja/Time Mage mix. Use tons of weapons, mainly whips/flails/morning stars/etc and katanas. And have lots of time/space themed magic, as well as anything ice/water, plasma, wind and curative stuff. Probably wouldn't be the best with def/str, but the 2 weapons would make up for it, and I'd have lots of magic to back me.

edit- favored class names- Assassin, or something that combines science and being cool. Like Professor Beakmen's assistant assassin. Definately.

Some sort of Archer/Mage/Illusionist mixture. Mainly stealth oriented.

Primarily an Archer in Light Armour, dealing physical damage from long range, my Bow enchantments dealing extra magical/poison damage. Running and sneaking around, pick locks and pockets, that sorta Thief stuff.

The Mage and Illusionist aspects are secondary. On the Mage end of things, I would have a few deadly and highly potent short-range spells to quickly wipe out weakened targets that get too close. On the Illusionist side, I have the odd Charm spell to make enemies fight for me, but mostly the Illusionist aspect is so I can cast an array of Invisibility spells and get out if everything goes horribly wrong.

I've actually built a character that embodies this perfectly in Oblivion, actually. My Major skills are Marksman, Light Armour, Sneak, Illusion, Mercantile, Athletics, and Alchemy. My primary spells are Invisibility, a slow regeneration spell, Night-Eye, and a spell that deals massive damage to whoever I touch with it. My Bow is enchanted for extra damage, and my Alchemy lets me further add poison onto my attacks. So I sneak attack for extra backstab damage, then go Invisible and Sneak some more until the poison has run its course. I love my Archer. >:)

It's a pity there's practically no other RPG series that gives me the freedom to create an Archer that plays the same way.

Villain? XD Ahem.. really now~ Perhaps a summoner/spiritualist type, I suppose. Give me a minion or pet to summon up and let them tangle with the opposition while I hang out in the back and quietly stat them down unto oblivion, and I'm happy. -__

Then again... I also have a love of jumping into the fray, sword-first. Or anything sharp and pointy first. Swift, uber-damage dealing with a blade is grand too; I'm a firm believer in the idea of the best defense being a good offense. And being greedy, I'd like to swipe loot-- so I suppose a thief class would be grand too.

It's a tough call to make, really. ^.^ I love to play a variety of roles in my games or with characters I create. I do instruct and 'command' folks a lot at work as part of my job duties while I work kinda in the background, so hey... I guess the summoner thingy kinda works....
