Thanks Darth Dude and NightshadeTea.
But I don't like cake, I always have cherry pie on my birthday.
Didn't really do much, I never really do on my birthdays. Went out to visit my grandma and had some cherry pie with her on the day of my birthday.
Got some stuff from mom and dad, and also got myself some Mana goodies I'll post about later.
Day before we had some good T-Bones and baked potatoes and corn on the cob, good stuff.
Kinda got screwed over cause the night of my birthday when I was supposed to drive back home my car wouldn't start, dad is sending it to the mechanic's now
Oh well, better it breaks down now than in the dead of winter.
Not related to my birthday, but the day before it I was rifling through our storage barn where we keep a lot of random things my dad's uncle gave to us when he died (he disowned the rest of our family, only liked my dad and mom, we got the three vintage mustangs from him as well) and I found a billiard's cue stick in there.
It looked kinda fancy so I looked it up online, thing ended up being from 1968-1972 and it's worth 1,500+ for one in average condition, and probably most popular models of its brand. XD
It's not in too bad of condition I think, the butt anyways. The two shafts it had with it seem a slight bit warped, I'm not really surprised considering they've been sitting in a barn for over 5 years in weather that's been below zero and above 100 degrees... really a miracle they aren't ruined.
Anyways, I kinda claimed the cue stick as my own seeing how it's been in the barn for 5+ years and no one has seemed to care about it, taking it to my billiard's class tomorrow to see what tips my teacher can give me to fixing it up.
