I figured I would bring this to attention but for those of you guys in America, the agreement was signed solely in secret as an agreement. The Senate does not agree with this and is asking for it to be approved via senate with a petition. The details can be found here...

I have read alot of info on this, and while I don't understand everything on the written agreement. I would never let something like this go by, especially if it could compromise the way the internet and thus the world is today!

The shutting down of Megaupload did absolutely nothing but throttle ISP because the same people who used Megaupload are now pirating off of other sites out of the U.S.
There was a thread on reddit where a guy posted a 90mb text file of all of TPBs torrent magnets.
I'd say more money has been spent to stop piracy than what has been pirated.
