Secret of Mana - Possible to go back to the Underground City

Hey guys, just a question, Is it possible to go back to the Underground City area or something? Becuase I am curious about something. Also, this same applies for the Emperors castle.

If I recall correctly, no, these are areas that can't be revisited. Sorry. Unless someone else remembers otherwise.
