Do you still live with your parents or on your own? Why that?

how big is your room? got any special things in your room?
Do you share your room? Do you have a computer or console on your room?

Just wondering.

I live on my own with my girlfriend for 6 weeks now.
I have lived in the same house with my parents and my little brother for 22.5 years.
It was a small village (3000 people), though close to the city.

Now i live in a bigger village (7000 people), which is a stupid village i think. But hey! i live on my own!
Since the house is big and have no neighbours, we can party as much as we want.
In the six bookshelves we have, i only have like two rowes in one shelve. They are filled with Fantasybooks. the (until so far) complete collection of Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time and lots of books from Raymond E. Feist.
In the bedroom/office i have my own computer. I do not have any consoles. I play NES/SNES/N64/PS1 games on my computer as well.

I do share my bed, since i live with my girlfriend.. duh! haha.
At home i've had my own room too. 20 square meters, although 3.5 square meters was already in use by a clothingcloset which also stored general things for the rest of the family.

How about you?

I currently live in the on campus housing at the college I attend. I Share the apartment with three other guys, but we all have our own room.

The special thing I have in my room is my manga collection (186), all my fantasy books, and my anime fan stuff (wall scrolls, figurines, cd's)

I own a laptop, so it's with me all the time. In my room I have a ps2. I own a gamecube, but it is back in my hometown. I also have a DS.

The rooms are very small, 12 X 12 at most.

p.s. - Sabin, the small town I grew up in had a population of 1500.

Ah, you're lucky. ;) I lived for over a year in a room that was 6x9, in a shared apartment with no living room, a kitchen that was flithy and unusable, and a bathroom that I had to clean BEFORE I used it. ;)

Ew.

I have half a house, 3 bedrooms. I live with my wife and 2 kids. Though we all share the same bedroom, means teh other two got coverted to a play room and laundry room. I have 2 PC's, Wii, GC, SNES, Genesis, NDS, GBA, and Xbox, though the GC, SNES, Genesis, and GBA are going away when I figure out what to do with them, though the GBA may be kept for another project for my brother (portable NES through emulators) Oh and tons of 28mm scale Miniatures.

Later,
Lotus

Currently I live in a second floor apartment. Things here are a bit messy, by which I mean, they are organized-messy and I don't get yelled at to clean it up, so I'm good. ^_^

Washer and dryer are downstairs, but this only means I get exercise in addition to clean clothes. It's somewhat of a pain to have to share the laundry room with others, but at least I don't have to worry about what happens if the machines break down.

All in all, life's not bad. My main problem is that the stove here is electric - which means if I put something in a Wok, it's not done quite the traditional way (with FIRE :P). That, and I have no maid... or butler... :X

Yeah, so life's good. No, really.

EDIT: Okay, so just to appease the apparent trickster god of the forum, I'll put this little tidbit in as an edit. See, I didn't actually edit this post until just now...

I live in a magical little six room house with paper thin walls.
We've got a living room, kitchen/dining, laundry/utility, bathroom and two bedrooms.
My buddy Johnny and I share this one, and Pedro takes the other one.
Sometimes my buddy Sanders stays over on the couch, or maybe the bunk above me. I took the bottom bunk because I got tired of having to climb to go to sleep.

I'll get pictures later.
The place is pretty dirty.

Still live at home...I don't make enough to afford my own place at the moment...

My room is fairly small, so I don't share it at all...

Basically, my room is filled with all of my anime/gaming paraphanelia. Its also where I keep my Laptop computer. I have a TV, but I seldom watch it. I mostly use it for my NES or Dreamcast.

You've got a dirty house Sheexy?
We've got animals in house and i always keep the place clean. Not that i am afraid of dirt or germs or whatever.

I think it's cool that you share your house with friends, and that things are okay.

let me tell you my place, it's a student corridor. my room is about 15m2 big, i got a washing pond, and wardrobe, and ofc my computer and ..... too much stuff to name it here. the good thing with being here is that 10m away from my door, there's a nurse student. so incase i hurt myself in the kitchen, which i share with approx 10 people, i would not have to call 112 (911) :P
