Dear members of the Seikens Community,
In light of recent acts of plagiarism infringing upon the rights of the Seikens Network, and with the best interests of both the site and its loyal fan-base in mind, the Administration has taken the necessary step, toward ensuring the safety of the Seikens Network’s intellectual property and continued service to fans of the Seiken Densetsu and World of Mana series, of documenting and publicly making available, in the form of a link at the bottom of the main page layout, an End User Agreement, detailing our policies, stances and proprietary rights.
As valued visitors to the Seikens Network, we greatly appreciate your continued support in our efforts to provide you with the best coverage and information on the series possible, and we are open to receive any feedback on this latest measure put in place to improve our service. This has been done with you in mind; however, if you feel that this may affect negatively in any way upon your experience of the site, then please contact me (Kassidy M Kearey) and I will clarify any points which you feel may compromise your enjoyment of the Service. We feel, however, that this will in fact make for a more positive and safe environment for all members of the Seikens Community.
As ever, this site is maintained by fans, for fans, and we intend to keep our characteristic fun-loving and high spirited atmosphere that has over the years seen us grow as the most in-depth, diverse and loved network covering the Seiken Densetsu and World of Mana series on the web.
Thank you once again for your continued and generous support.

I personally think this is a very wise decision. It’s unfortunate that this had to be implemented, but I see no way in which this negatively affects my experience. I’d rather all the hard work you all put into this to be protected.
