A Hopeful Request

I was curious if anyone would be able to do a clean up of this picture for me?

http://i929.photobucket.com/albums/ad13 ... sombig.jpg

I have been looking to get a SoM tattoo for many many years. And this, I think, is the best picture to use with what I'm trying to do. I'm kinda looking for cleaner lines, Sprite's staff to be much less ornate, and maybe a slight clean up on the color?

I can draw random things, but have little skill when it comes to drawing with a purpose. If anyone could help me out, I would be greatly appreciative.

Oh yeah, that'd be way cool if someone could vectorize this or something.

I threw it through an auto vector thing at www.vectormagic.com and it cleaned it up pretty nice. Sorry didn't feel like making an account to download it, but it's actually got options you can pick and stuff there and you can edit it right on there. If I still had a tablet I'd take a whack at it, but on a mouse I'm pretty useless. XD

They've got an option to get a quote from someone to clean it up themselves for it too, not sure how fair the prices would be.

I think vectorization is definitely the way to go though.

I tried it out, results are quite good. Give it a go and have a play with the settings 'til you get something that looks the way you want it.

For example...

You'd probably want to tweak it more, such as increasing the contrast and whatnot, especially if this is going to be used as a base for a tattoo. *goes off to play some more*

You'll probably want to draw back around the stones at the top of Popoie's staff, since the colour was too close to Randi's tunic, and therefore blended together.
