Whoa, you're right! What was he thinking or was on! To do that in the middle of a public street and then post it on the web just seems crazy! I also saw tons of things like this on google video or random crazy pic sites. Great find though!

Besides, a simple picture does not due him justice as he's even worse to look at in person...

Oh boy, the people in those costumes must really have something wrong with them (if their not drunk or on something). I'm not sure why they would take pictures of themselfs like that? Funny topic though, as Sheexy said. A little strange at times also.
