Kaze_no_hogosha from the Message Boards has started work on a doujinshi which will follow the storyline of Seiken Densetsu 3. The first six chapters are going to feature the back story behind each character, and after that the story will focus more on Duran as the main character.
So far there are three pages done and it is looking nice! We don’t have a fan stuff section ready on Seikens yet, but we’re working on it. Until then you can find Kaze’s doujin on the Message Boards.
Click here to see the thread with the pages done so far.

A nice guy named Klebstoff e-mailed me about a week ago to say the site was awesome, and along in his message he had a link to this, I think it is kinda fun.
If you’ve ever wondered what Kirby would look like if he stole a Rabite’s powers you can find out here!
Kirbopuschel!
“Kirbo” is for Kirby and “Puschel” is for Pogopuschel which is the German name for Rabites, it pretty much means “Pogo fluff” which is kinda cool, but personally I think Rabite is the best portmanteau ever. Other good ones include Mushboom, Needlion and Lullabud.
Anyways, I’m pretty lazy today, but maybe I’ll get around to scanning some stuff later.

The Final Fantasy Adventure overhaul has begun! Head on over to the Final Fantasy Adventure magic page and check out the magic spell drawings I’ve scanned in. I’m going to keep working at scanning and cleaning up the images from the Japanese guide and after a while all of the FFA sections will have some nice images to go with them.
I know it’s kind of funny for me to focus my work on the oldest game, but man, that game is my favorite!
Also, this update is kind of small because I finally got around to getting Dawn of Mana and am currently playing through it. The game is really fun and the controls aren’t too bad, but seriously, the story is terrible!

Ok guys, today I’ve got a special video for you all. What happens when Sheexy is stuck at home bored with a watermelon?
The answer is this:
Watermelon Basilisk!
Look my hair is actually short, this is like, the first time in five years it hasn’t been down past my nose.
Using a marker, some tape and some colored paper I crafted myself an awesome Basilisk. Watermelons don’t last forever, however, so I had to think of something to do with the little guy. So check out the video and see him in his prime of life. Apologies for the terrible Steve Irwin accent and also to my neighbors.

Game rental company GameFly have revealed their list of most wanted games for rental last weekend, including games released and not-yet released on all platforms. When it came to the Nintendo DS, Heroes of Mana took the top spot as most wanted game, with its release date still set for the 14th of August, just under a week away.
This puts it ahead of the recently popular Picross, Rune Factory, and long-time favourites Pokémon Diamond and New Super Mario Bros.

So it is summertime as you all know, and some of the baddies from the Seiken Densetsu series got bored and went searching for summer jobs to hold them over until the next Seiken Densetsu game takes off. Job searching was hard, but a whole bunch of baddies managed to find jobs in oldschool NES games. Why don’t you click the “Read more” thingy to check out how they are doing.

In this first picture we can see that the Mushbooms found themselves right at home in the Mushboom Kingdom! Bowser gave the Turtle Knights and Iffish jobs as well. Here they can look forward to long hours of moving back and forth in the same place, maybe walking off a cliff, and usually getting stomped or flamed by a plumber.

Danny from the message board wrote out a nice little article about the different character relationships and interactions found in Seiken Densetsu 3. Click the “Read more of this entry” link to check it out.
One of these days I’m going to get a fan section going here on the site where we’ll house a bunch of different articles, fanfics and other fan-related goodies on the site. If you’ve got something you want to share with us head over to the contact page or come and show it to us on the boards! We like fan stuff here at Seikens, so you can probably expect to see your work featured like Danny’s work here, you just have to get it to us!
Thanks Danny!
