Hey Sheexy, if you get a moment, do you think you could check the Level Requirements for a couple of the weapons listed on the guide I sent you and see if the numbers come up the same for your character? I have a funny feeling that the level requirements vary depending on te character you choose, in which case I'm going to have to do some serious overhaul.

Snap, these numbers are different for Ferrick and the stuff you have. It varies from one to two points of difference.
Also, I seem to have a ton of swords that your list doesn't mention. Think there are character only weapons? I don't remember ever finding a Viper Hammer.

EDIT:

Sweet, I just realized there are black enemies. They seriously give you like 1000 exp for killing them, I've gone up a level or two every time I kill them! I went from level 62 to level 68 in a matter of four black enemy kills!
They're usually located right around the concentration of rare treasures in certain dungeon rooms, so far I've only seen black crabs in Topple.

There are character only weapons. For example, the Artemis' Bow can only be equiped by Tumble and is a reward for getting Gold Rank at Brightwood. The other weapons for Gold Rank can't be equiped. And silly me I didn't make a note of them, but I do know that there was a weapon of each type.

Looks like I will have to modify the layout to represent these different stats across the characters... le sigh. I may need to ask for assistance on this one, I feel.

Fabulous, Sheexy, that's a great help! Is Mani's Plate the one that you get from the tossing Seamoon's earring back into the Lake? And where did the Elven Plate come from?

Also, can you double check the Balmung details, as they seem to be the same as the Mythril Sword ones minus the levelreq

Yeah, Mani's plate is from the earring mission, and I've got no idea where the Elven Plate came from...

Whoops, screwed up on Balmung:

130 Atk. The favorite sword of a fallen hero.

It was some weapon I got to choose after I got a gold rank... I got gipped.

Oh right, the item from the shadow people. It was Ferrik's parents that were in the shadow, and they left a toy horse.

After talking to Watts Ferrik learns that his dad and sister would make fun of him for playing with the horse, and he would cry and run to his mom. Ferrik felt sad that he was such a crybaby when he was little, but Watts makes him feel better by mentioning how grown up and what a hero he is. Then Ferrik magically feels that he can go see his parents in Wendel, so he goes there.

After fighting and junk in Wendel he finds the shadows walking around, and they tell him what a good son and brother he was, then they leave and give him a gem:

Light on a Boy- 1x1 Red fancy looking one, Sword ATK +20, Def and Dex + 10

Oh yeah, when you get blinded by enemies, there is always the small area you can see right around you, does anyone else see some lines going off from the center in four directions (up, down, left, right) where you can still kinda see what is in the distance?

Yes, also certain monsters show up a bit occasionally, as well as if you hit them they tend to blink partially into view.

Thanks for even more info Sheexy. I think I'll make my next playthrough Pop. :)

Also I've noticed the black lines, and they appear when switching character avatars during conversations with Treant and Gaia. I think it has something to do with the transparency layers not being set or refreshed correctly, but it is a bug from the Japanese version.

20. Excalibur - ATK 170 - Chest? - A fabled blade only the brave may bear.
LevelReq - Flick: Tumble:64 Pop: Wanderer:

Cool...

Well, that's the game completed for me at least. Done the main storyline, all the subquests, now I just have to go through and get all the details that I'm missing from the lists, and maybe max out my main character to level 99 with all gems and all that cack. I wonder if anything else happens in the game after that... I'm left feeling like there should be more...

So for those of you have played CoM, what did you think? I am debating buying it, but I am not one for dungeon crawlers. Is it worth the price? How is the storyline? Does it keep you involved(unlike SwoM...dammit!)?

Personally I'd buy it because the fighting system is so insanely awesome.

Yeah, it's a dungeon crawl and the story isn't the best, but once you start fighting enemies in it you'll get addicted.

Everything causes chain reactions! You slam one enemy and he'll fly and hit a wall and bounce off, maybe he'll hit another enemy on the way, or a trap? Who knows! You do if you do it just right!
Slam the enemies into a pit of spikes, or use them like pinballs. The fighting is just so awesome!

You also duel wield weapons which is pretty cool.

Personally, I think I'm gonna be playing this for weeks and weeks to come just because it is so easy to pick up and just start bashing stuff. It's super fun!

Even my friends who never play videogames got addicted to smashing stuff around.

JOIN IN THE SMASHING, YEAH!!!
