Alright all you peoples, I've got some drawings I've done and I'm putting them here for you to see.
Hooray.
Image
This here is a Skull Fish I made up.
Image
I drew this snail because I figured not enough people draw snails. They're kinda dull I guess.
Image
A toad. It doesn't jump, it pretends to be a rock and digs around with its big claws. Whee?

Ok, and the last two are too huge to post here, so click these links.
Big creepy eel. It is kinda creepy.
A red fish and a blue lizard. The lizard's back leg sucks and I hate it.

Note about these pictures, I used a cruddy scanner so the color doesn't look as bright and awesome as it should. Also, some of them got cut off a bit at some places, and there is a general lack of quality due to that stupid scanner.

Enjoy people.

Dude that toad is absolutely great. May I attempt to make sprites out of it for the Tileset I am working on?

Thanks,
Lotus

Sheexy (the Faalstar Sheexy) your art is amazing, everything you do amazes me, and i'm so happy that you are going to college for art. You are seriously going to make it in this world.

Yeah man, I'd love to see some sprites of that toad, that'd be sweet!

Man, this name thing is even confusing me now.

Why would it be confusing?
I'm Sheexy. Your Faalstar.
It's always been like this... why are we questioning the differences?
We simply changed avatars awhile ago, now everything is back to normal.

Great. I'll start soon, but I need some info about your toad, judging from it's body size and shape, I figure it will run similar to a gorilla.
http://www.northrup.org/photos/crap/Ani ... unning.jpg
I had a heck of a time finding that photo, anyways, here is the frame idea, frame 1 would be standing on all fours, frame 2 would be leaning forward with rear legs extended and one arm, frame 3 would be both front arms and no legs, frame 4 would be rear legs between the front legs, frame 5 would be rear legs on the ground, and then frame 6 would be kind squatting with front legs not yet on the ground. Ouch that is a lot of frames, I may have some issues making this, I may have to distill it down, but that is sorta the idea of how I envision the movement.
Anyways, how does it attack, how big (I am imagining it being as big as a person) etc.

Oh, and I never said anything about your name, I said Avatar.

Later,
Lotus

Haha, thanks Destiny.

Hey Lotus, if you liked that Toad idea you might like this turtle thing I made up:

http://www.seikens.com/sheexy/Drawings/turtle.jpg

I designed this guy with the mindset that it would make a pretty cool enemy, as you can see up in the left hand corner I wanted this dude to move like a gorilla kinda.
I really like this little dude, just thought I'd share.

Wow, that's kinda funny, that is basically how I envisioned him moving. I actually am not all that thrilled with the turtle otherwise, it just doesn't do it for moe like the toad does.

Pointalism? Cross-hatch and line shading? Some one has taken some classes...and they have paid off well! The sketches look great. The Skull Fish is my favorite.
