Re: The Hobbit

Oh! Ha ha ha! The Goblin King. Yes, I think I blocked that image out of my mind. He was GROSS!

I actually love Radagast and Tom Bombadil. After seeing Jackson's treatment of Radagast, though, I'm happy Bombadil wasn't attempted.

Clearly what needs to happen here is for me to repurpose that game and make better use of my lunch break at work
Brilliant! I'll be looking forward to news. :)

Re: What games are you playing?

I've been playing through Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light which is actually really good, I think!

Re: The Hobbit

Don't get me started! I could talk about this endlessly. For now I'll comment about Radagast. I believe you call him wiggly chin guy? His portrayal was one of three main complaints I have about the film. Even if you've read all of Tolkien's works, you've probably missed Radagast. He's barely mention...

Re: 3DS XL

Please let us know about Harvest Moon. I love that series but haven't played any new games in a while. So, Khyron, did you end up picking up a 3DS XL for yourself? ;)

Re: Thanks, Amazon!

Yeah, that's kind of a neat thing that Amazon is doing now. I personally went over to (the Dark Side as many would say) Apple since I started getting more and more Apple products. It's convenient to have everything in iTunes. As for me, I'm thanking Amazon because they delivered my copy of the Hyrul...

Re: Secret of Mana Challenges

Thanks for all your work, Kassidy. I've subscribed to your vids on YouTube and working my way through watching. I have to confess I started trying to fast forward through parts. You make it entertaining but sometimes the repeat process lasts longer than my free time to watch. :)

Re: 3DS XL

I've played a 3DS XL in person a couple times so far and I am absolutely in love. It's everything I wish the original was. The build quality is superb and I think a big improvement over the original. The home buttons on the bottom of the unit feel much better and no doubt will last a lot longer with...

Re: concerts and parties

I like going to the Bumbershoot music and arts fest in Seattle when I can.

The group I've seen the most live is Nickel Creek. Sadly they aren't together now but they are all making music still.

I remember when you used to post stuff like that. I'd love to see a comprehensive listing of what's out there. Nobody knows more than you! I consider you the expert.

Re: On the horizon

Actually, I've had a Dreamcast on the list of things to get when I have a bit of extra disposable income. It's not at the top of my list of consoles to get mostly because there aren't a ton of games I'm itching to get for it, but the few I've played and want to own are enough for me to really want o...

These are some interesting facts I noticed lower on the page that I thought I'd add. Your Analysis (Vertical line = Average) •
You scored 48% on Strength, higher than 90% of your peers. •
You scored 3% on Bloodlust, higher than 2% of your peers. •
You scored 28% on Intelligence, higher than 30% o...

Alright, I'll bite. This was actually pretty fun. I did all the quests and actually wouldn't mind it if I embodied the result. :D Your result for The Fantasy RPG Class Test... The Arch Druid 48% Strength, 3% Bloodlust, 28% Intelligence, 55% Spirit, 30% Vitality and 15% Agility! http://cdn.okccdn.com...

Re: On the horizon

Nights/NIGHTS/whatever Into Dreams is amazing, Sheexy! There is a remake/sequel on the Wii which is not quite as good in some ways and a bit rough around the edges, but great fun and on a system you have access to.

Sheexy, I love your Li'l Cactuses (Cacti?) all around your desk.
