Dawn of mana - battle arena bout 15

Hello! I´m new to the forum, although i´ve been reading you for a while.

Here is my question: i don´t know how to unlock battle arena bout 12; the in-game information is something like "rescue people at a castle in the desert", and a walthrough i found says it is in chapter 5-4 but... I can´t find it.

It is the only one left (apart from bout 32, of course), so i hope you can help me.

Welcome on board. Smashing Pumpkins reference, by any chance?

Sadly I haven't played the game, and I think I have the same info as you, as provided by Quemaqua: Save 3 kids/3 soldiers in Chapter 5, Stage 4, and kill Needlebeak before taking elevator to boss fight.

Sheexy or Duran may be able to help you out more on this one. I'm sure they'll take a gander at this shortly.
