Well, recently YouTube got acquired by Google. Great news, I think
Youtube have been on the net since February 2005, I have been visiting it daily since about a year now, and also got myself an account there
As many of you know, youtube is a video community where members can upload videos that can be viewed by anyone that has internet connection. I have a few videos uploaded too, mostly piano videos of my sister playing and from MMORPG game Maple Story, that I have quit playing. From now on Im gonna upload my gameplays from a few of my favorite RPG games, the most recent and only was from Tales of Symphonia, showing my attempt to 100 hit combo. This was made with a webcam, but this week I have got myself a new digital camera. this means that i can record videos in almost high quality, well 640x480 in 30 fps isnt all that crappy You'll will see more of my videos in the near future
But anyway, to my main topic: What is your youtube moment? Any favorite videos? Care to share?
One of my favorite youtube member is Tony aka thewinekone. He is one of very few members that actually put some effort in his videos, unlike most members in youtube. You should watch his videos, because most his jokes make sense in internet reality
Youtube also made it possibly to watch other's gameplay videos. Instead of download superlarge files, I can watch them in youtube, that takes a few minutes to download. I have watched a lot of gameplay videos, and it inspired me to upload a few videos of mine. Im gonna upload expect it in the future
my youtube profile http://www.youtube.com/daomen, add me as friend if you got an account
edit: probably my longest post ever in this forum, and five smilies :うはwwwwww: six now!
Youtube!
Crap, I almost created a new topic in the Art thread. Oopsie daisy.
I've decided to in my spare time (which has suddenly dwindled from 24/7 to bugger all by the looks of it) to put together a few videos on YouTube, being the rather wacky person that I am. Anyway.
First one from a while back. SOme of you may remember the Blood Red Chicken song I did. Well, I ended up recording a whole album of Lordi parodies, and this was the video I did for one of them. Red Hot Jalapeños.

More recently I decided to try out a very simple recording inspired by BBC's Red Dwarf's character Holly.

And this last one was a quick (literally) video I put together in response to someone's contest to guess the date/hour/minute of birth of his future daughter. So I thought I would be a bit creative and if nothing else the song should make y'all smile.

So I now invite you all to post your weird and wonderful videos! My account is kassidynet if anyone is interested in subscribing.

I'll be fairly interested once I get back on a cable connection, let me tell you.
Since Wai just mentioned Tales of Symphonia, I'll quickly mention Tales of the Abyss - looks good, plays decently well from my experience, and three of my friends like it, too. Music isn't bad either, and so far none of the voiceovers boil my blood.
*cough*
That's all I have to say for now.
