you can't steal something that is true.
and besides... your formula states only 1,5 min of new material. So it's not the same

@Ailise: No, it's the basic formula for shounen manga demigod fights. (see also: Bleach, Ranma, Dragonball-- which was fine until the Z series IMO-- etc.)
It's best used as a comedic device by now, since the big-name shounen series all but killed the formula and beat the dead horse for 15-20 years.
