So I got a PSP for Christmas.

I modded said PSP

I put Secret of Mana on said PSP

I put SD3 on said PSP

I put LoM on said PSP

And now I live a happy life of Mana goodness

Hmm, sounding like the PSP may be the way forward for portable Mana gaming. I shall consider this.

Make sure it isn't a new slim with the newest mobo, those can't be modded (found out the hard way, gotta run that back to Wal-Mart)

You could just ask the seller what Firmware it is, and what Firmware it came with. If it came with 4.01, skip it for another one.

I should also note, the emulation isn't perfect, on SD3, outdoor settings lag to around 90%, unless you turn on Frame Skip 1, then it's fine, and some of the sound effects are glitchy. LoM, also has some funky sound effects. Most of these seem to originate in menus. I actually haven't tried SoM yet though.

Oh, yeah, you can't mod the 3k's yet either. Just take it back to wherever you bought it and grab an older one. Or see if Gamestop will trade you.

Do you notice the interlacing on your 3k? I have heard it can be quite bad on some games.
