i can help with voicing.. tho i've never done anything like that before

maybe one of the minor roles, like innkeeper/item dealer.
..if my voice is ok, ofcourse.

Are you looking for DVD-style subs, or the stuff fansubbers do with anime?

The former is usually easy enough, the latter often takes some doing (and I'm not sure WMM can pull off some of the effects I've seen-- though I could be wrong, I've never used WMM).

If the output is an .avi or .mkv file I can probably time/encode the piece, but I'm not familiar with flashier stuff.

Yes. I know his hands wierd and my handwritings awful.

The only diffrence is the staff will look a bit diffrent and he wont be drawn with the drum until Flammie is an rideing dragon.

Hi there,

That's really nice! Great job. The only suggestion I would make is to somehow lighten up the hair. Perhaps use more shading than single lines. Give shape and then it might feel less weighed down.
