Hiya, the name's Tyrf (as you've probably already noticed). I'm a big fan of SoM, have been since I first played the game when I was a irritating pastel-colored munchkin. That and I tend to hang around forums just for the sheer amusement....
I fancy myself a bit of a game maker; I'm using RMXP to put together a couple of ideas that are pretty much nothing but an exaggerated story. I tell politically-incorrect and offensive jokes and my geekiness knows no bounds - I learned how to cross-stitch just to sew an 8-bit Mario into pretty much anything I want. I also do some spriting although I haven't in a while as my job kinda ruins my prospects for free time.
I listen to a lot of metal and j-pop; I don't know how on earth someone can like Blind Guardian AND Gackt but somehow it just works. And as can be expected from a SoM fan, I love RPG games. Currently playing Fable II, Fiesta and City of Heroes... I'd kill off a bus full of nuns for a Mana MMORPG, but assuming they didn't screw it up it would be filled with people with stupid names; and as it is I've already gotten myself in trouble for killing off every Cloud, Sephiroth and Goku variant I've come across...
But yeah that's my intro. Alarm button's under the desk.
PS: I love the Rabite smilies - cutest damn thing I've ever seen.

Yup - Sword of Mana - neh, not bad but not overly great either. Goremand was creepy. Seiken Densetsu II was great, loved that - usually played as Hawk or Angela as my main. Children of Mana had some lovely tie-ins to SDII (I was tickled when I saw the names of the God-Beasts... although considering the boss fight with Zable Fahr in SDII terrified me with its difficulty, this game took some of the awe out of them...) but was otherwise a meh affair... Haven't played any of the others because I either can't get them where I live or I am afraid of suckage, considering what has happened to some of my other all-time favourite games (coughSoniccough)
