learning techs takes forever...is there a quicker way to do it?

Use a faq to take the trial and error out of it I guess, but besides that I think you've just gotta be patient.

Turning up the frameskip and just hacking away in a relatively easy area usually does it for me (if I'm on an emulator).

If you're on an actual PS console... you're on your own, methinks.

Cause I remember on one of my files, I just had to fight fight 100 or so battles and I'd learn all the abilities.

But that isnt the case for my other one...
