i didn't had any expectation for this movie when i went to see it with some friends. it was they who suggested to see it, anyway if you're the kind of people who like violence in a massive amount this is a movie for you. there's some nipple scen too so if you like to see that well this is a movie for you as well
in overall, well it was worth 90SEK

The film was rather good. I think the Queen/Diplomat scene was a bit too much, but still. The fun part now is listening to the line "THIS IS SPARTA!!!" in different languages and comparing (I'm a linguaphile, I'm sorry). I've been doing the same with the Pirates 3 trailer.

Yeah that's the one. Sorry, I have horrible spelling.
You're right Kassidy, I didn't much care for that scene either, but I loved the reversal of it later on in the movie.

kinda fun that most people in the cast wasn't even from greece or any place near it. and even the almighty Xerxes wasn't a pure middle eastern o.O

Xerxes was South American I thought...and Leonidas was from Scottland.
cool fact. The Phantom in the movie version of "Phantom of the Opera" is in fact Leonidas.
