Guess the film

Right, we started this game over on another forum and it has been going quite well, so thought I'd give it a try here. The idea, as the title says, is to guess the film from the screenshot provided. You get 3 points if you achieve it on your first guess, 2 on your second, and 1 on your third or more (normally it doesn't get past two guesses). A person can post up to 3 screenshots if it isn't getting guessed.

When someone guesses the film correctly, the poster of the screenshot announces it as correct, updates the scores, and the person who guessed the film can post their screenshot.

It is also recommended to rename screenshots so that the film title, actors names, or character names are not part of the clue, meaning it is solely on the content of the screenshot, and also it is recommended to host it on photobucket or something like that, rather than directly linking to a film review page or something that could give it away.

So I'll kick us off with an easy one.

I guess I did give a rather hard movie for a guessing game... So I'll give you a hint:
The above image is based off a real-live event that continues today to be a crime that has gone unpunished.
All three men were civil-rights workers have disappeared in a southern town, while FBI agents investigate they're disappearance.
