You know, Children of Mana had some awesome music. One of my favorites is this one that plays in the ruins. It’s nice and calm and a bit mysterious, makes running around trying to find the stupid glow crystal thing worth it, no matter how long it takes to find.
The Ruined Ground – Takayuki Aihara – Children of Mana

It’s a bit late, but here it is. And also I am trying the new player. Does it work?

Sorry about the lack of MMM updates recently! My laptop died and I had to build a new computer. Now that I’ve got this I’ve gotta get all my Mana music back on here, so why not rip them all in order?
Today’s track is from the first game!
Chapter Four – Friends – arranged by Takayuki Hattori composed by Kenji Ito and Nobuo Uematsu – Final Fantasy Adventure

That’s fun huh? Tracks used in this are Chocobo’s Birth and Chocobo’s theme. The latter is the only non Seiken Densetsu track inside the series, it comes from Final Fantasy!

Today’s track comes from Children of Mana. Enjoy!

Speaking of crystal ruts, I imagine that’s what Kassidy was in while working on finishing up the Children of Mana Gems Section! That’s a lot of gems and fusions to list out! Go check it out and see what Gems you can fuse and where you can find those last few that might be evading you, just click on the colored gems and get to it!
A word of warning though, some of the gems require anywhere from 5 to 20 to even 99 multiplayer games to be played… so they might be pretty tough to get.

To keep with Kassidy’s latest news post regarding Seiken Densetsu 3 I’ve decided to feature a track from that game today.
Decision Bell – Hiroki Kikuta – Seiken Densetsu 3

Enjoy! I’ve always really liked this one, especially when it gets to around 1:05. It’s a really great tune.

I wanted to pick a track that had more than one part to it, so I ended up going with this one.
Eternal Parting – Kenji Ito – Dawn of Mana
[MEDIA=262]
Got a bit of a sad bit at the beginning, then it goes into a really pretty version of Rising Sun, which usually I don’t like to hear because it’s overplayed like crazy. But I really like this version of it.

Well, I’m back from snowboarding and I only fell like 200 times before I got the hang of it. Here are two desert themed songs from Heroes of Mana to help me get my mind off the cold.

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanza, Happy Holidays and etc. from Seikens! We kinda dropped the ball this holiday season, sorry about that!
No Mana Music Monday next week, but check out this tune by Rozovian, the guy behind the SD3 Songs of Light and Darkness remix album.
Aurora Australis – Rozovian – Secret of Mana – Eight Ringing Bells
[MEDIA=258]
This has always been one of my favorite tracks from Secret of Mana, and Rozovian’s remix is just awesome. Give this one a listen or three, it’s seriously awesome! If I knew anything about music I’d explain why it’s awesome, but this is beyond my level of explaining.
While you’re in a musical mood be sure to check out Dyne’s “An Overclocked Christmas” where you can find this track and many others for your listening pleasure.
To you and yours, have a great time!

Today we’ve got two tracks that come from the Arena section in Dawn of Mana.
Pop, Pop, Pop – Kenji Ito – Dawn of Mana

Shout, Shout, Shout – Kenji Ito – Dawn of Mana
[MEDIA=255]
I can agree with the title on the first one cause it’s gives off a kinda poppy happy vibe, but the second track just doesn’t make me think of shouting. It does really remind me of various themes through FFA, SwoM, CoM and DoM though. It’s definitely an amalgamation of Kenji Ito’s Seiken Densetsu style.

Today’s track is actually the game over track from Heroes of Mana. Once again I’d like to mention that the LoM sound is really heavy on all of these Heroes of Mana tracks. That’s awesome because I love the music from Legend. I do wish that Hiroki Kikuta could get some new Mana tracks though, but then we’d need a new game. And I’m not sure if I’m ready for that leap considering how sub-par awesome the last few games have been.
Anyway, for a game over track this is actually kinda happy and sad at the same time. I think it’s really pretty, too bad the only time you’d get to hear it is after you messed up.
