Over a decade later, I finally edited and cleaned up some videos I recorded for the site. In this video I give an overview of the types of cards in the Legend of Mana Card Duel trading card game, talk briefly about Boosters and Starter Decks, open a Starter Deck, and finally sort through my collection at the time. This was the third Starter Deck I ever opened, the first two being opened in 2004 and likely 2006. This video was originally filmed in 2011, along with a handful of others where I open more Starter Decks.

Another preview for the upcoming Seiken Densetsu anime, Seiken Densetsu Legend of Mana – The Teardrop Crystal has been released! Check it out below, it’s got English subtitles! It’s pretty exciting to see a lot of these characters. The Heroine, now named Serafina, also appears in the video, but she seems to be interacting with some Faeries, from Niccolo’s Business Unusual 2. Could the two main characters be focusing on different main quests, will she get more involved with the faeries than the Jumi? We’ll have to wait and see, the current release is set for October 2022.

It’s time to learn about gear with the_lep! This is a quick little video explaining outfitting your characters. There is a lot of RNG invovled, so you’ll be messing with gear for a long time coming.

Onto the next topic, the_lep has a video explaining what you can do with Memory Gems! These are the other type of drop you can get from a harvest, the first being Allies, and they can give powerful skills and some stats to your team.

Another beginner guide from the_lep has been released! This time going over all the basics of what you need to know regarding the various allies you harvest or find in your adventure. If you only learn one thing from this video, make sure it’s to lock the allies you care about!

Once again from over at the Mana Series Discord the_lep has an Echoes of Mana video for you all.

This is a video explaining the basics of summoning, which may confuse some because a lot of the same characters exist in different forms. It’s over the very basics of gacha games, so it’s a good introduction for people who have never played them.

Over on the Mana Series Discord the_lep put together a really nice summary video for the first Echoes of Mana stream.

Even if you’ve read my summary below or watched the stream yourself, this video is worth a watch because the_lep analyzes some of the gameplay and gacha aspects of the game.
