Today we have two tracks for you, both are the same track but one is from FFA and one is from SwoM. I chose these tracks because I’m currently traversing through a dungeon of study and review in order to get ready for a tough exam I’ve got coming up on Wednesday. It’s pretty worrisome when you teacher goes from not allowing a cheat sheet, to allowing a full page one, to allowing a two page one, to just forgoing size and allowing you to use every note you have, all the while still telling the whole class they are going to fail.

Not much to say about this track other than it’s one of the best Seiken Densetsu related musical works ever, and one of the few to have vocals. It also kinda tells a story. You start out with the Village music, work your way into Wendel as the Royal Palace music starts playing, then magical things start happening as Cibba reveals to you Mana’s Mission and I guess the Mana Goddess starts singing it to you. Pretty neat.

Today’s music comes from Dawn of Mana, and it’s called Roar of the Iron Mass. I’m pretty sure that would be an awesome name for a metal band. If you’re in a metal band and you were looking for a name, feel free to use that, just cut me in for some of the profit or something. I wouldn’t mind that at all.

I love how they take the Into The Thick of It track from earlier in the game and remix it, making it faster paced to give you a sense of urgency. Anyway I thought I had more to say, but apparently I don’t, so just enjoy the music.

Also, Rozovian let me know that the secret SD3 remix album project is moving forward, and there might be even more tracks than originally considered. This track isn’t a part of the project, but I think it’s a very good sign of things to come.

I wish I could say I picked this track because I had some secret update coming for the site, but sadly that is not the case. This is the first track my media player randomly selected that I hadn’t used for an MMM update before.

Chances of any updates coming from me are actually pretty shot for a while, as I’ve got to send my computer away today, and school is starting next week. I’ll try to get some neat stuff up as soon as possible though.

Since it’s the first music update after New Year’s I thought of doing some track that had “New” in the title, or hinted at that, but in the end I decided I didn’t like many of those as much as I like this track. So enjoy the music and think of the old and distant memories from last year I guess.
