Here is a track I was listening to. You can listen to it too.
The One Who Does Not Tremble – Kenji Ito – Dawn of Mana

A new page has been added to the Seiken Densetsu 3 section of Seikens.com which has been long awaited, and that is the Bosses page. It’s taken many hours to get as far as it is, and there are still a few bits and bobs to complete on it. If you spot anything wrong, do let me know.
Keep an eye out for nasty dark God Beasts.
Here is a desert music because it’s very hot in my room.
At the End of the Hot Sands – Yoko Shimomura – Heroes of Mana

I’m not sure, but if I had to choose one track from Secret of Mana to sum up my entire experience with the game, this one might be it:
Repeating Eternity – Hiroki Kikuta – Secret of Mana
[MEDIA=236]
I think the track embodies the feeling of wonderment I got the first time I played the game. The whole song just builds up and up and has a real sense of there being something big to it, and something adventurous and mysterious.
I dunno, that’s just how the song feels to me.
Also it’s always bugged me that this track has eight bells ring in it, but it wasn’t the track actually entitled Eight Ringing Bells which has zero bells in it. It’s another track that I think pretty much defines Secret of Mana to me. Actually let’s listen to that one too, why not?
Eight Ringing Bells – Hiroki Kikuta – Secret of Mana
[MEDIA=237]
See? There aren’t any bells in that. Unless the beginning is supposed to be glass bells maybe, but it’s much less obvious than the eight bells ringing in the other song. I wonder if maybe the titles got mixed up, it seems like the title Repeating Eternity could fit either of them really.

Hey look I’m doing updates! I just redid the entire Secret of Mana Item Page! You might think that’s a really dull update, but why don’t you go look for yourself?
Yup, that’s right, those are the official art of all the items from the game! Well, except the barrel, they didn’t draw that one for some reason. They come from one of the Japanese guides, and I’m working on getting all sorts of other items, armor and weapons scanned as well!
Here is a little preview showing what I do to get these images ready:

See I gotta clean up those ugly lines that they throw in front of stuff and make sure everything is all nice looking and stuff.
So yeah, I hope you all enjoy these images! As far as I know Seikens is the first place on the internet to display these. I’ll work on getting bigger nicer versions into the gallery soon as well!
Today’s track comes from Seiken Densetsu 3 and personally I think it’s the best song in the entire game.
It’s really neat and I love how it flips from very sad sounding to very hopeful sounding. It reminds me of the boss track from Secret of Mana, except that one flips back and forth between hopeful sounding and oh no oh no oh no we’re all gonna die sounding.
Anyways I hope y’all enjoy this track, and that this news post won’t stay in isolation here on the main page I pray, as I plan to actually get some updates on here this week. Hopefully.
Hope Isolation Pray – Hiroki Kikuta – Seiken Densetsu 3

– Sorry for no update last week! We’ve only got two things this week though.
– Yeah, I think Neko has been influencing people on eBay, all of the Mana stuff is pretty expensive.
– It is how I want it to be.
– Anyway, check out the last update because things haven’t really changed much from there. But there is also this Secret of Mana Map and Manual They look kinda rough from the picture, but not too bad. And at 16 dollars with shipping it’s practically a steal compared to the other copies of the same thing going for upwards of 20 dollars without shipping.
-Just how I want them to be.
– Another thing you might be interested in is this Rabite Strap for your phone or whatever! You might think it’s too expensive considering the same thing goes for 9 dollars on the official square site, but that site forces you to buy at least 23 dollars worth of product. So if you only want this strap then this is your cheapest bet.
– Well that’s it for now, see you next time!
Today we have two songs since I forgot an update last week. And for the two songs I have four names, two for each.
That’s because the info my media player gathered for song names and the song names we have on the site here are different, so I figure I’ll just include them both cause I have no idea if one is more correct than the other.
These two songs are pretty overlooked I think, but they’re really good. Also they pretty much go together considering when you hear them in the game.
To Reach Tomorrow/Morning is Here – Hiroki Kikuta – Secret of Mana
[MEDIA=233]
This Sole Wish/One of them is Hope – Hiroki Kikuta – Secret of Mana
[MEDIA=234]
Today’s MMM comes from the special disk that comes with the SwoM soundtrack that is full of some really awesome piano versions to different songs from SwoM and FFA.
Pure Smile – Kenji Ito – Piano version of A Girl’s Longing from SwoM
[MEDIA=232]
– Whoa, the studio is all dusty, what happened?
– We thought you were never coming back!
– Whoa, Neko, you’re still a cat?!
– We’ve been locked in here the whole time and Neko wouldn’t share any of his candy!
– I can’t just give those away for free, what kind of business model is that.
– Sounds like you two had fun, anyways, want to get this thing started?
– Can I get a snack first?
– Nope! Here we go! Check out this neat looking Secret of Mana Wallscroll! It’s got the art from the mobile release and it looks super cool!
– It is pretty expensive but here is a Legend of Mana Rabite Necklace. They are not so easy to come by anymore, but this price is pretty high regardless. Only buy this is you are desperate to get your paws on one of these. Also finding a complete Seiken Densetsu game any lower than this price is pretty rare. Pick this up if you’re a collector, it has free shipping.
– Maybe just a little snack? Medicinal herb? …Dead Rabite?
– Also, it’s been forever since I’ve mentioned the seller japan-ssdyuk and their store on eBay. Here is just a sample of the awesome stuff they have: Final Fantasy Adventure Guidebook, Seiken Densetsu 3 Prologue Book with Cards, Legend of Mana 4 Panel Comic Book, Old version of the Legend of Mana Manga, New version of the Legend of Mana Manga, Sword of Mana Comic Books, Sword of Mana Novels, Seiken Densetsu Piano Book.
– If they seem too expensive you are overlooking the fact that each of the auctions have a “buy it now” option you can use to submit a price you think is fair. From other people I’ve heard that making an offer with this seller tends to work.
– Anyway, we’ll see you all next week with more stuff!
– Bring food.
