Even today, on Christmas Day, we’ve been working hard at trying to bring you more content here at Seikens. Here are just a few of the things we’ve accomplished today, and there will be more coming soon!
– Secret of Mana complete Character list overhaul (took me bloody ages) : Everything you’ll ever need to know about your favourite characters from Seiken Densetsu 2, from Tim to Thanatos.
– Updated set of Wallpapers in the Gallery to include all official Heroes of Mana wallpapers
– Tons of FanArt gathered from all over the net (original artists credited and linked): Many talented artists out there have been pouring their hearts into these drawings. We found them all over the place, and have brought them all together.
– More Seiken Densetsu Cosplays added: We even have Flammie in there now!
– Heroes of Mana gallery updated with character artwork, cover artwork, and tons of images from Brownie Brown (and more to come soon!)

Refresh your cache and check out Kassidy’s snowy themed header and the Christmas background I made!

Ok, so there aren’t any real Christmas tracks in the Seiken Densetsu series (even despite the fact that Secret of Mana featured Santa as a character and boss [as the Frost Gigas of course]), but there are plenty of snowy tracks we can use instead.
Since Christmas is tomorrow, our gift to you is as many snow themed tracks as we could throw together!
Also, you might enjoy the Seikens Christmas Carols that I made last year.
Enjoy, and Merry Christmas!

The Final Fantasy Adventure Gallery has gotten a nice update, now you can find all of the boss art that exists for the game. It’s all in there and cleaned up to the best of my attention span.
Of special note are the Megapede and the Dragon Zombie who were really, really fun to clean up. I hate you two guys.
Also, everything in the FFA gallery is also more orderly now. Characters, Enemies and Bosses are all in groups together so it is easier to browse through them together.
So, the Merchandise section update hasn’t gotten underway yet… I had planned to have it ready for Christmas, but it looks like it is gonna have to happen later, really busy this holiday.

Apologies for the delay in getting this out to you, but here is this week’s Mana Music Monday. Presenting the first track from Hiroki Kikuta’s solo album Alphabet Planet called Vivid.
[MEDIA=75]
But not only that, you get to read a rather sad excuse for a review that I’ve thrown together, and get all the details of the album over in the Soundtracks section.

Mana Music Monday has been delayed until later today. This is down to several factors which we will not go into right now. But to make up for it, I’ll be bringing you an added value update, as well as the music.
Watch this space.

Hey everyone, we’ve got a new affiliate, RPG RPG Revolution!
They’ve got lots of nice resources for programs such as Game Maker, RPG Maker 2000, RPG Maker 2003, RPG Maker VX, RPG Maker XP, RPG Toolkit and Verge, they’re also going to have stuff up about Stencyl later on, so that will be cool! If you’re into these game making programs you should check this place out for some neat engines, scripts and tutorials among other things.
Also, Kassidy got the sidebar up for the Fan Stuff section, and in the Fanart Gallery you can find some new sketches by Kaze_no_Hogosha and a drawing of Duran that Jane Doe and I did.
Probably some new content coming this weekend, keep checking back!

Actual site updates! Woo!
First off, small update to the Final Fantasy Adventure Gallery. You can find four previously unseen character scans there! Now you can see the original artworks of the Chocobo, Lester, Marcie and Watts.
On a bigger note, there is a new section on the site!
Right now there is not much here, but we hope the addition of this section will attract lots of new fan submissions to the site. Right now it is basically just links to other parts of the site… fan galleries and music.
But, Kaze_no_Hogosha’s Seiken Densetsu 3 Doujin can be found there now! And there is a new page to the comic now!
That’s all for now, we’ll keep you updated on further additions to the Fansection and Kaze’s comic. There is no button for the fan section yet, but it will be on the side bar shortly.
Coming up on Seikens: Final Fantasy Adventure section overhaul! Check back soon for new bosses and items scans!

This week’s Triple M was delayed slightly due to circumstances, but now we can bring it to you. This track is a rearrange of the Kakkara Theme in Secret of Mana done by Mana Label on their album Marina (2005), called Charon’s Passing Boat. Enjoy.

Almost missed this today, whoops. Finals are upon me and I’m not paying much attention to anything besides school.
Did You See the Sea – Hiroki Kikuta
[MEDIA=73]
I always liked how Hiroki Kikuta decided to just go ahead and remix his own music for this one. “Did You See the Sea” is a fun kinda techno feeling mix of “Into the Thick of it”/”Boy Aims for Wild Fields.” I’ve seen the original remixed in different ways, but never this take on it.
I think someone needs to hop on remixing this. It’s really fun.

I know it has been pretty slow here as far as site updates go, and unfortunately I’m not going to be able to get much done for a while. Final exams are coming up and I’ve gotta pay my attention to school stuff.
Anyways, coming up in mid December will be new updates to the Merchandise Section, so you can read about all the Seiken Densetsu goodies. It is the perfect section to update considering Christmas is just around the corner.
Anyways, that’s all from me for now.
